Dr. Redden is a board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Sports Medicine Physician specializing in non-operative orthopedic care, sports performance, and health optimization. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest,

Dr. Redden was raised with a blue-collar mentality, a deep appreciation of family values, and a love of the great outdoors. He went on to become a successful student-athlete at Utah State University before earning his medical degree at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Redden has accumulated a wealth of fitness, health, and nutrition knowledge through an unrelenting commitment to self-improvement. His passion for sharing this know-how to aid his patients in overcoming their pain, maximizing their health, and smashing their goals gets him out of bed every morning.

Dr. Redden completed his residency as the Chief Resident at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho, after which he attained his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Idaho Sports Medicine Institute.

A lifelong athlete who’s competed in track and field, football, and gymnastics, Dr. Redden now focuses on bodybuilding, powerlifting, and other fitness sports. Through academic study and personal experience, he’s come to understand the stress high-level athletics can put on the body. And he excels in crafting specified plans for athletes and non-athletes to avoid future injury, rehabilitate nagging injuries, and maximize physical performance.

Dr. Redden is trained to diagnose and treat a variety of orthopedic injuries ranging from sprains and strains to fractures to dislocations and tears. With years of experience working in combat sports, professional rodeo, and competitive fitness events, Dr. Redden has seen it all. He’s also highly skilled in using ultrasound technology for diagnostic and procedural purposes.

Dr. Redden teaches master’s program classes in the athletic training department at Boise State University. He also leads courses on athletic training for medical students at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine and instructs nurse practitioners at Northwest Nazarene University.
